What is the independent culture of Ostrava? When and how it was formed? Is there any at all?
This one-time exhibition aims to recall the most significant moments of independent art in Ostrava. It reminds of the legendary theater groups, defunct galleries, legendary clubs and important bands. For one day Stará Aréna will again become a music theater and Waterloo.
